CONDITIONS

The Customer may return or exchange his article within a maximum period of 14 days after its delivery. Items must be in perfect condition, intact, sealed and complete in the same condition in which they were received. You must also have the purchase receipt.

* Attention: it is essential to have the original packaging and all its original protections, without the original packaging or original protections we do not accept exchanges or returns.

RETURNS

Please follow these steps to return your items to the store:

1- Log in to your account at www.dudeco.pt or www.dudeco.es, click on "My account", then on "Order history and details", then click on order details with the items you want to return, select them, write the reason for the return and click "Request a return".

Return reason:

     a. The product arrived damaged and I want to exchange it for another one that is in perfect condition.

         Dudeco exchanges the product at no additional cost.

     b. The product received does not match the one selected.

         Dudeco exchanges the product or part at no additional cost.

     c. I received my order and it is incomplete or a part is missing.

        Dudeco exchanges the product or part at no additional cost.

     d. The product arrived damaged and I don't want to exchange it for another one, but the return.

         By desiring a return and not accepting the exchange of the product for a completely new one, the costs of the return are borne by the customer.

     e. The product received does not match the one selected and I do not want to exchange it for the correct one, but I want a refund.

         When desiring a return and not accepting the exchange of the product for the correct product, the costs of the return are borne by the customer.

      f. I received my order and it is incomplete or a part is missing and I do not want to be sent what is missing, but I want a refund.

         If you wish to return and do not accept the shipment of the missing product or part, the costs of the return are borne by the customer.

     g. I received the product and decided that I no longer want it.

         Return costs are borne by the customer.

     h. I received my order and realized that I prefer to change the color or the model.

         In this case, you will have to make a return and a new order in which the return costs are borne by the customer, as well as the shipping costs of the new order.

      i. I have already used the product, can I request an exchange or return?

         We do not accept exchanges or returns of products that have been used. Once the product has been used, this product is covered by a 2 year warranty.

2- Place the item(s) you wish to return in the box in which your order arrived.

3- Deliver the items to be returned:

Note:

Dudeco is not responsible for the arrival of the damaged goods and if so, the return of the order will not be accepted and we will leave your order on consignment so that the delivery agency designated by you can return it to the customer.

After checking the item(s) in our facilities, we will refund the value of the products.

REIMBURSEMENT

Upon receipt of the items and being duly verified, the refund of the value of the item(s) purchased will be made, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The maximum period to receive the refund is 14 days.

The return of incomplete, damaged or scratched products, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products with signs of having been used, will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method.

When this is not possible (eg Multibanco References and Bank Transfer) the customer must provide their account number (IBAN).
