Product Shipping and Delivery
- Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Orders are delivered within up to 10 working days after dispatch. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday by the carrier selected and made available at the time of ordering, with the exception of local or national public holidays, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or the billing details provided.
- Shipping costs are added to the order. Costs are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering based on the types of products selected and the addresses provided.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, you should inspect the packaging and the product sent in order to check for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, you should not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately. The Dudeco online store will subsequently refund the amounts paid for the order and its shipping once it receives and completes the return process at its premises.
The order is considered accepted if, after receiving it, it is not returned within a maximum period of 15 days following receipt.
