The Hanko high stool offers a minimalist industrial-style design with a comfortable seat and a very practical chrome-plated metal base, as it includes a footrest, is swivel and adjustable in height by means of a gas hydraulic.
The seat with backrest, made of PVC, adds greater comfort.

- Uma vez expedida a encomenda, o cliente receberá um e-mail de confirmação, a entrega das encomendas realizar-se até 10 DIAS úteis após expedida a encomenda. O Cliente poderá devolver ou trocar o seu artigo num período máximo de 14 dias após a entrega do mesmo. Os artigos deverão encontrar-se em perfeito estado, intactos, selados e completos nas mesmas condições em que foram recebidos. Deverá possuir ainda o talão de compra.

No. Returns are only accepted with the product unused, in its original packaging and with the protections intact. Once used, the product is covered by the warranty instead of the returns policy.
If you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, accept the order noting it as “pending inspection”. On receipt you must state on the delivery note that it is pending inspection. Dudeco will replace the product or any damaged part.
It depends on the reason. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the exchange is free. If you simply change your mind or want a different colour or model, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
