- Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Orders will be delivered within 10 working days of dispatch. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday by the selected carrier chosen at the time of ordering, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Once the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or the billing details provided.

The Customer may return or exchange their item within a maximum period of 14 days after its delivery. The items must be in perfect condition, intact, sealed, and complete, in the same conditions as they were received. The purchase receipt must also be presented.

No. Returns are only accepted with the product unused, in its original packaging and with the protections intact. Once used, the product is covered by the warranty instead of the returns policy.
If you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, accept the order noting it as “pending inspection”. On receipt you must state on the delivery note that it is pending inspection. Dudeco will replace the product or any damaged part.
It depends on the reason. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the exchange is free. If you simply change your mind or want a different colour or model, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
