How do I clean the upholstery?
Use a slightly damp cloth with water and neutral soap, in gentle circular movements, then dry with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive or chemical products such as bleach, acetone or solvents.
What are the chair's measurements?

If you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, accept the order noting it as “pending inspection”. On receipt you must state on the delivery note that it is pending inspection. Dudeco will replace the product or any damaged part.
It depends on the reason. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the exchange is free. If you simply change your mind or want a different colour or model, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
